Hey all:

Glad to find this place. I love 3 wheelers. I am now restoring my Honda 250SX, and my Kawasaki KLT-250. Still working on them, but don't like much to put them back into operation.

Need some help/info on the KLT-250. I had it firing great, and all at once it will not fire a lick. Have a manual on it, and have checked all I know to check. Still no fire to the plug. Anyone out there who is a good trouble shooter ? I swapped coils, cleaned the start/stop switch, checked all electrical that I've gotten to so far.

What am I overlooking ? Any and all help greatly appreciated. Also need a few parts for this fine ole machine. My plastic is getting brittle, especially.

Welcome to the board Casper! There's a couple of Kawi lovers on here, and surely someone can help you out. You might try putting a post in the general tech area, and title the thread "KLT-250 spark problems". That's my suggestion, but I've been wrong a couple times, just today alone!:D

And don't forget to put some pictures in here of your trikes!:thumbsup:

Thanks for the quick reply, and I will post on the Tech articles. Sure is good to be among fellow trikers. Mine mean a lot to me. I also have a Honda Rancher 4 wheeler, but, mostly use it around here on the "farm".

I also ride motorcycles, and love them, too.

Hopefully, I'll get the green machine up and purring soon. I actually bought both of my 3 wheelers new when I was a bit younger, and have had them mostly in storage till now. Man, do I have the fever, tho.

P.S. Those are fine looking machines you have there. I'm looking around all the time to get something like that, too.
