throttle cable

Anyone know what cable I need to use to run a 39 pwk carb with a thumb throttle on my 1985 atc 250r?
Anyone know if their is any difference between a 250r thumb throttle and a 200x throttle because mine looks like it is off a 200x. Works fine with stock carb, but anyone know if it will work with my new carb?

I have stock cable(thumb) with a 39pwk, dont know if its the same as a 200x tho?
