atc 70 for sale locally advice needed

There is a atc 70 for sale 20 mins away from my house its has one peice rear fender and its all spray bombed black looks like crap but they want 250 for it i was just wondering if it was a good deal and i dont know what year it is i was just wondering what year honda put 1 peice rear fenders on them and if this sounds like a good deal and what problems should i looks out for i really want to get it and put new fenders tank tires and possibly 125cc lifan with manual clutch i just want to kno if it sounds like a good deal or if anyone has a roller for sale for cheaper and what are some problems that atc 70s are known for? :hail:

Sounds expensive to me. I have a 70 that I almost have finished, I would take $350 (it’s in Chittenango, NY). I might be able to be talked out of the roller I have out back……
