would you pay $3500 for this trike?

why is it that people set an absurdly low starting price? I know that it gets more people to bid...but if you know the reserve is $3000 of course you won't think twice about bidding $1000 b/c you know you ain't gonna win.

I ought to list the same thing twice one w/ no reserve and one starting a a buck with the reserve set at the starting price of the other auction...I wonder which will go higher? :loser:

If I had the money laying around, I would buy it today. It looks like the perfect 3 wheeler to me. I guess that I am officially hooked! Best -

I've seen prices around SoCal going up for the past few years. I think back in the mid 90's was the best time to buy a Trike. Back in 99 I bought one of my 85250sx's for 850 bucks. I tried to sell my old one to a friend for 400 dollars and he thought that was too much. I'm now glad I didn't sell it. I'm sure prices will only go up from now on.

I wouldn't pay that kind of money for un-original crap.

If the trike was 100% original, $3500 would be a steal.

First of all, the front hub, footpegs and front motor mounts are the wrong color, it doesn't have the original rear skidplate, hand grips are wrong, wrong handlebars... These are just a few of the things I noticed.

if it was original deffinetly if it isnt it better be highly modified

my 85 200x won't leave my hands for less than $3000 when i'm finished with it plus i have lots of extras for it.
i will have well over $2500 invested when it's done.

Some of these guys got way to big of a price tag on these trikes. In my old magazines i found, a 86 Tri-Z went for $2300, a 250R and Tecate both went for $2350. I wouldnt pay more for a old trike than when it was new. :wtf:
