That's mine on the left and Wildchild74's T3 on the right. Notice my forks are clamped about an inch lower in the clamps than his. Mine also has a bogus sticker kit which will be replaced by factory stickers as soon as I can find 'em.

I guess Tecates are pretty rare as Kawasaki 3 wheelers are in general. I only saw a Tecate3 in person once and that was probably around 1988:eek:

:lmao: @atcnut . yea, there one of them things pretty to look at, but first kick and those crazy KIPS valves f-up, or the stator fries because of the broken rectifier, or maybe the bearing will fall out of the headset for no reason what so ever. ive been there. like a big freakin game with them things, always something, something that happens for no reason and makes no sence.

bringing back old memories
 dch

(ps maybe im just a moron. hey i was 12 when i worked on mine.)

Dan yours has the forks where they should be, there is a ring around the tube to tell you where they go. Wildchild is that a stock toolbox back there?????

Mik, do you mean this toolbox?

Both of ours have that rounded off toolbox.

The only thing Wildchild's has that mine doesn't is this square metal plate under the back fender, which I cannot, for the life of me, figure out what it's supposed to do. My rear fender has the holes to mount it, but the piece is gone.
