I think we should start a tread with pictures of us as kids on our trikes...prob hard to find but I know I have a pic somewhere of me at about 8 on my first trike....I think its at my folk place...I'll try to find it this weekend and post it Mon.

Anybody else have pictures?

The only trikes i owned as a kid were red. But they had pedals on them and not motors:doh: LOL:D

Here's a few. The first is an Odessey. I think it is a late '70s model. The second is an '81 110. The rider is my sister. Picture was taken in April of '81. If you look close you can see the tires are new. I think we had onl had it for about a week.

HOWEVER: my 2 best friends had little dirtbikes when I was a kid---used to ride those like there was no tomorrow!!

Hey guys...great pictures. I spent 2 hours looking through pictures at my folk with my wife and only found 1 pic ...of course I forgot to grab it this morning before work but I'll post it tomarrow...you all have to see this wheeler ...I can't figure out what it was.

Well here it is. I'm guessing it was 81' or 82'. My Uncle built this thing and I think it had a 110 engine. If you look real close at the front forks you can see they are make from gas pipe! I do remember it having actual shocks down the road. I also thought it was pretty funny that the front fender is off a dirtbike. My sister and I rode the crap out of that thing. Those were the days when your biggest problem was when the three wheeler wouldn't start!!(I guess that still is a problem from time to time!):doh:

I just thought this thread was too good to let die, and could use more pictures. :D

Me on my 79 ATC 110 on July 4th 1980. Uncle Dave was teaching me how to ride and I over gassed it throwing him off. So not only is it a pict of my first ATC, but my first wheelie too. :thumbsup:

OK boys and girls, this is me on the back of my friend's ATC (eating a sucker) ... it is either a 90 or 110 (I dont remember) This was taken in 1977-78 (I was 10) we were riding it in a halloween parade (thus the funky clothes). I used to go to his grandma's farm and ride 3 wheelers. Within a year of this I got my 1973 ATC70 but I havent found the pics of it yet.

Here's another one I found from about the same time period....No three-wheeler in this one but look at the shirt. It says "HONDA" yes I was hooked at a young age. Pardon the goofy face.

My first real trike didn't show until my 83 ATC250R when i was a freshmen in High school (around '99) And I still have it today (Stealthy) I had a Suzuki LT50 as my first bike though (Dad was toying between it and the ATC70 but i was small and he got a good deal on the LT

I cant speak for everyone but I know for me these old school pics are the best! keep em coming guys. If I knew back then what I know now.. I would of been taking care of all my crap and snappin pics like crazy!

Here is a pic of me on my first lil 3 wheeler. It was called "Squirt", It was named after the pepsi pop known as squirt. They used this little bike in parades around town. My uncle was and still is the head honcho here in town at pepsi. His kids rode it for awhile and ended up running into a tree. My dad paid $75 for it and fixed it for me. I rode it for several years until it was stolen. DAMN Thieves! Anyways heres a pic of me in our driveway!
