I'm looking to see what will fit a 39mm Airstriker to my 82 300r. The only one I have heard of is the fl350, that needs to be stretched to fit. Is this the only way to go?? Are there any other intakes that will work without having to stretch it??

sudco.com has one that fits the 38 just fine, so surely it can be used for a 39 as well.

I used a Rad valve for my 39mm, you can also find a bigger size billit alumunim intake on ebay made to use the bigger than stock carbs

The one at sudco is angled to the side for the 85-86. Same for the rad valves, they are for the 85-86. The 82 req a straight boot only angled down. I guess thats why everyone uses the fl350 boot. Thanks for the info, but it looks like I'll have to get the fl350 boot.

I've got one on my Z, and the bolt pattern (2 bolts) are just like my 83 250R. Are you sure you're looking in the right place? I might be wrong, it happens all the time.........................
I'll look for the part, and try to post a photo.......

Avio I do have Helm and Sons aftermarket manifold for the aircooled R. These were made long ago. The rubber portion is eroding and is a 34mm. Like Gdkarma said you can buy the 38-39mm rubber portion from sudco and bolt it onto this. PM me if you want it.

Now I see what your looking at. I was looking for a boot with the 6 bolt pattern. 3razors, that looks like something I could use. So that setup uses one of those Mikuni flanges at Sudco??

When you said you needed something tilted, I had to go look at mine. I have a Sandscorcher that is similar to 3razors' setup, and you just buy that sudco rubber flange.
This is where I got mine!

Yeah someone would need a CNC machine or something though to make that aluminum intake..Its very high quality, and it looks cool

I got my fl350 boot and stretched it out to fit the 39mm PWK. Looks pretty good. Didn't know it was offset, but that should help with the throttle cable/frame clearance. Here are some pics.
