I know it is not a atc 70 but do any of you know who made this? Thinking of putting a 70 motor in it.

It is suppose to be for the kids. I am not that insane yet. But do you have a spare motor?

i have an 85 atc70 bottom end, middle(cylinder) and top end..
just needs to be put together

Looks like a RUPP Mini Bike. I got one of those for free at a yardsale (guy said it didnt run.) took it home and turned the petcock the opposite way the guy said was the on position and it fired right up. lol fixed the linkage to the governor, pumped up the tires and it was good to go. mine is the same color and everything, only difference is the front forks, mine arent the leading arm style.

Pop the seat cover off and look for a RUPP Sticker with a VIN number on the seat pan.
