i have an 83 250r with the 300 kit im selling the 300 kit and putting a stock top end on it it has a huge mikuni carb and a fatty pipe (not sure who makes it) I know i need to get a stock carb but do i need to change the pipe? I just put a fmf spark arrestor on it so i really dont want to have to change it but will it run good on a stock top end?

I'm not exactly sure how well the pipe will run on a stock engine. I dont think it will be worse than stock, may help it out on the top. I'd try it first.
I may have some interest in your 300 kit. PM me and we can talk about it.

i have a stock exhaust from my 84 silencer and expansion chamber could use paint i would let it go for $20 plus shipping and if you pay an extra $10 i will clean it up and paint it.
