250r Transmission Level

can someone tell me how to check the transmission fluid level on 85 250r always had four strokes with dip sticks and this my first 2 stroke trying to learn about this thing.

there's an oil check phillips head screw on the RH side of the crankcase. It says "oil check" right above it. If the trike is on level ground, a little bit of oil should seep out when the screw is fully removed. If nothing comes out when removed you're low on oil. Oil capacity is 21 oz. at oil change. A lot of people just use 10w 40. The service manual includes that oil type as one of their recommendations.
