How to on extending swing arm

I need a step by step on how to extend my swinger on my 85 tri z. What stock do I need? what do i cut it with? Pretty much need to know everything involved. Can someone help me? I want it extended 3 ". I tried a search but couldnt find anything

I don't think I've seen too many folks extend their own Z swingers around here. If you're going for 3", isn't there some bolt-on kit for blasters that looks like it would fit? Maybe it was Banshee...............I can't remember, but it was just a bolt on thing that held the carrier and bolted to your stock swingarm. I just figured it might work, 'cause the swingers look very similar where the carrier bolts up........................................Just a thought:D

i have a +4 swinger for my tri z i will take pics of it and post it on here tomorrow so you can see what it looks like not a whole lot to doing it.

My father in law is extending mine 4" right now. Next time I'm out there I'll take some pics. Maybe a week or so.

Well I picked the swing arm up today. I'm just going to do it myself. I dont think it will be that hard. Pics soon.
