If the rope hasnt let go yet.. you shouldent have a problem if you follow me closely!
1. leave it all togater dont take anything apart, just take it off the machine.
2.pull the rope out just enough to get a pair of cutters in by the rope or a knife.
3. cut the rope.
4. the pully should have just gone around at a good clip.
5. when it stops start to disassemble it.
6. when you have every thing off the pully, wiggle it slightly and pull straight up!
7. it should slide of the spring if theres not any pressure on the spring. if it dose re wing the rope on and put it in and put some pre load on the spring. like four turns on it so it pulls the rope in. if it has a decompression id give it 5 or so.
8. re assemble her!
***if you here a noise while you removing the pully like a spring flying around inside watch your eyes and face when you take the pully out the spring might come out of there a million mph and get you. i know from experince it hurts and it goes far and fast! im lucky i didnt loose an eye.
GOOD LUCK.:demon:
