Im a woods racer from West Virginia and have participated in a few (3) GNCC's. My primary ride has been quads in the past, although i recently purchased a kxt 250 tecate... either an 1986 or 87 not sure. Its seems like a fast bike which makes me excited about the restore, only problem is i know little about the kawa's of the 80's. Hopefully i'll learn more about the trikes and get to know a few good guys along the way. :headbang:

you will find alot of help here. feel free to ask for advice from others in the forums.
you will get it and help with parts to if ppl know where to get them. and there are some Tecate guys here!

Thanks for the invite fellas. Gonna have to put up some Tecate pics asap, I dont have any right now and its tore down. I do have pics of my xc honda 450r but it has an extra wheel and a-arms... lol and i do feel for my mountaineers.

Welcome to the site and stay awhile. There is plenty of knowledge here to be had. The tecate is also my favorite trike too. Unfortunately the harder to find parts made me sell it, as I love riding my trikes. Welcome again and let us know if we can help you..........peace
