will the internal powervalve hardware interchange from an 87 tecate 4 to the 86-87 tecate 3?

From reading your other post it's sounds like the best option would be to get the cylinder replated. It's not that expensive. I used Langcourt.com and they replated a kdx220 cylinder for $130. As for the powervalve question no it will not interchange.
