I need to know about how much I should turn the kick spring, so it wont be to tight or loose? Its for a tri z im using a yz setup to kick back. It took me a few times to get it just right on a blaster before, kept coming out. Thanks to anyone with an answer!

Havent got to it yet, waiting on new gaskets.. Any ideas??
