I was looking to get new rear tires for my 86 Tecate, and I like the Titan Fast Trekkers but i dont know weither to go with 18x11x10 rears or 20x10x10. I found both sizes on ebay for cheap but they are factory cosmetic blems. what do you guys think??

I wouldnt get the 18's as they are just too small in my opinion and dont look all that great. Here is my old tecate with them on it.....

The 20 inch trekkers look great! I have 18's and they aren't much good for the trails here.

BTW we can't really give you advice if we don't know where you'll be riding..

I ride mostly in the grass fields around our farm or on gravel/dirt roads around my house.

Does anyone have a picture of a 86 Tecate with a set of 20"s on it? I am thinking the 18's will look too small on mine with the extended swinger on it.

Here is a pic of that same tecate I posted above with 20" tires on it, but they arent the tires you are asking about. Personally I think 18's will be too small esp in your case with the extended swinger. It also lowers that rear end pretty low.

Thanks ScottZJ those pics are great. I'm leaning towards the 20's even though they are more expensive. Lets see some more pictures i know there is more out there.

I love the look of 18's on a trike... But I think they look awful on 10" wheels... If you keep 10" wheels I would get 20's..

Hey Scott, how do those flat tracker tires work out? They look like FUN, FUN, Fun!

If anyone wants 18's which I highly recommend, check out some Duro HF247's on 8" aluminum rims. They ride PERFECT for Me. The lugs are tall, and you get the extra sidewall protection. You will probably have to drill an existing set of rims to get the Kawasaki Bolt Pattern.
This is My R on the left with the 18x11x8's on it:

Rex, the tecate bolt pattern the smallest size of rim you can get is a 10. Its the BIG 4 pattern same as the old banshees. I got them same american racers on a 350x right now.

I went with the 20x10x10 for $20 each. I'm hoping they will come by this weekend, I'll post some pics when I get them put on.
