Call and ask if they have them in stock! Says "Item In Stock" on their website. $299.00
805-489-1999 (http://www.eddie-sanders-racing.com/oscmax/)
Ask them if there is a dealer near you sometimes they will give a dealer enough of a price break to pass a little on to you.

I have a Paul Turner Hi Rev on it now. The thing is a monster up top, but the bottom end is kind of bad. It doesn't suit my riding style that well.

Then the ESR wont be any better.

I have ridden a PT equipped R, and My wifes R has a ESR.
When I put it on hers, it lost bottom end. She had a Dg, and now it performs better with the ESR, but lost a ton of low end grunt, but revs to the moon.
I will be setting her jug up like my ported R and I am sure the ESR will be awesome on it then.

I dont know what kind of mods you have now, but you could put a CR headgasket on it, and bump up the compression and gain some low end hit.
If you have not done any porting, I would suggest spending the ESR money, on a good port job, that will help down low, and run your PT pipe..

If that is something of interest to you, PM (3on3 250r) on here..
The guy does awesome portwork for the 250R.
He will get you a ton of bottom end,but yet still great top end,and his portwork with the PT pipe is the shiznet...

Almost anyone will agree the PT is better than the ESR. Stock for stock motor wise.

EDIT>>>>
I see in your sig you have 2 R's.
The desert port may be where your bottom end is going. If that is the one.
Or you could go with a tighter cc dome.
I dont know what bike you are refering to.
Carb size, gearing, all that will play a role in the low end feel.

But IMO I dont think the ESR will help you anymore than the PT down low.
Who knows, different motors respond different though.
But no matter what, it is a 300$ gamble.

Most of this post dosnet fit to what ive seen.

Pt defently hits higher and over rev is very good
Esr hits much lower and continues to pull through the top.
Neather one are going to get you good bottom end. Although with a small carb and a very high compression engine, you can get some decent grunt out of them.

The PT is on my 86 which has a port work on a pump gas. The bike had a DG pipe and had lot's of hit on the bottom. I put the PT on it, and it's got nothing on the bottom, but hits REALLY hard at about 1/2 throttle and revs high. It's definitely a very fast pipe. I'm thinking that I should try the CT (which is a MX set up) and give it a try.

Disco let us know how this pans out. And if you want to sell the PT pipe, plese drop me a line.

NOS350, I can see what you are saying, that is why I said different pipes work different on every engine.

Just from what I felt personally when I installed My ESR pipe, it lost bottom end.

But her engine is stock.
My ported engine had the PT on it,and it hit HARD on the bottom.
But I run The CR gasket, shaved head and porting, and my port timing has been altered as well.I have not put the ESR on my motor.I would like to,but she wont let me take it...:owned:

When I want low end power, I change my gearing, not my air/fuel items such as pipe, carbs, etc.

I've used a DG, FMF and how the ESR and I can't say enough great things about that ESR. I love the way it performs and it looks bitch too. I got mine right from ESR about 4 years ago. It was only $219 then and it took about 3 weeks to get.

I called a while back and they said probably a 3 month wait. Might have changed though. Still haven't pulled the trigger on buying it though, even though I REALLY want one.

Just curious, would an ESR work with my current FMF silencer? Money is tight and don't know if I can swing for the ESR pipe and silencer at the same time.

that does not look like a ESR to me, but without a pic of it on the bike i coudnt tell you for shure.

BDF, yes they will work together.

i was under the impression that the atc pipe and the centermount TRX pipes came with the silencer.. if not no biggie i have an FMF silencer in pretty good shape
