You need to find out where the leak is. I have a big wash tub I dip tires in, or see if your local tire shop will dunk it in there tank.

Once you know if it is a bead leak or somewhere in the tread, then the method of repair can be determined.

You could basicly do the same thing with a spray bottle. Just pump it up with air. And spin the tire slowly and spay it with water from the spay bottle. It will bubble where the leak is. A tank is a nice way to do it. Because you can check the whole tire at once. But the spray bottle will get you by.

i tried wettin the tire and lookin for air bubbles with no results. i might have to and submerge the tire or something. it is a slow leak though, i can't even hear a "hiss" and the tire stays inflated for a few hours after i fill it to like 3 psi

LOL i was just thinking the same thing. Try spraying some water or spit into the valve stem and se if it bubbles.

Put some dish soap(+water) in the spray bottle and you'll have better luck with bubbles showing up...the more soap=the more bubbles

Good luck!

i think i might have to completely submerge the tire though since the leak is so frickin slow :( but i ain't skeered, i'll figure it out one way or another. once i find it, i'll ask for a good fix'in technique.

Use dish soap, a table spoon to cup water . spray the hole tire, rim valve. leave it for 10 15 mins. when you return you will have a bubble founten at the ceeks. My front leeks around the bead. after spraing and time it has a bubble edge at the rim most of the way around. if it leeks it will show.
