to build my own quiet exhaust system!! it'll be half snorkel/half quiet exhaust set up. i'll set it up so the pipe comes straight up 6 inches or so out of the cobra exhaust then get packing for that pipe. this should be an interesting set up, but worth it in the end. i'll try to plan this one out a little bit more... :headbang:

When i was working on my pipe i found some great info on the web about design and how to change the way it runs by altering the design of the muffler. But i just looked and i guess i didnt save any of the links. But if you go to google and search for exhaust design you should be able to find some info to help you figure out how you want it.

i'm thinking about having a pipe come straight out of the cobra and then packing the inside of that pipe, then hooking up another pipe to it that goes up about 6-10 inches or so that way when i burry it in mud no water goes up the tailpipe.

Not a bad idea. But as long as the motor is running you wont get water up the exhaust.
