Hi,
I just signed up last night. I have 5 US90's, one which has been getting a rebuild with a clutch and the 24mm PK intake setup from the early days of racing. I have been told that this motor was used for racing in the days of its prime. Now its sitting in a 1970 red US90 for some extra get up and go. It pulls wheelies in 3rd. I will post questions and answer questions as I come across them.

Welcome to 3WO....the site for TRIKES ONLY!!!
A quick exterior visual to increase the probability of a stroker motor is if the engine casing bolts are allen bolts

I will see what I can get in the way of pictures in the next few days. As for the built up 90, it has the allen heads and will bite back. I am have done some modding to the look, I have the 185s suspension and 250r wheel with the smaller 18 inch tires for the rear on the way. I do need to locate an aftermarket frame. As for what I have in US90's, I have all 4 colors along with a 1972 that is green and white, that one may need to get the motor as it would have a vintage racing look. That 90 was my first and it still has a higher riding rate. I will get those pictures up, they are all put away on blocks with tires placed in the basement.

Here is the rest of the 90 collection. Not much but I have 2 that are all orginal and the Blue 90 started out as a blue 90 but the guy painted it professionally a soild dark blue. I have spare blue parts so I brought it back to its original colors. The yellow is one of the first 4500 made, do not have the serial number in front of me.
As for the 5th 90, the red beast. It began life as a 1972 Mighty Green. It was beat and became a parts donor. I still have the frame and original motor to keep them together, serial number wise. I had all the red parts sitting in the garage except the red frame. So I ran around on a Red 1972 Mighty Green 90. I then began the swap over everything on a 90 and that is alot all over to the red frame. So to make it short, I have a 1977 built up motor in a 1970 Red US90 frame with a 1972 rear end assembly. The list of where everything is from will get larger, I have a ATC90 axle that will have 250r rear wheels. The front forks are from a 185s and the front wheel is from a 1985 250r.
Oh yes, it will tell you who is boss. Have yet to get it in 4th in hi range.

I have a Nicholson frame sitting in the garage that I will be swapping over parts beginning this weekend. No idea what it will be like in the end but it will have a great classic look. I did modernize the rear end with a newer axle and atc185s drum. I will keep everyone posted.
