Swinger Switch ????

I have recently purchased a used swinger, I am wondering what it takes to take the carrier out of the old stock on that is on my bike and get the carrier in the newly purchased ext. stock swing.

Bearings - where the swing mounts to frame - How hard to remove and install?

Is there a thread or pictures out there on how to properly take the axles off and what order to do it to get the carrier out and slide it in the new one?
