85 250R fork seal change/fluid amount?

Hey guys,
I am changing my fork seals. I have them all apart and just picked up the new seals. I dont know how much fluid to put in each cylinder. Can anyone help me? Also, is there any general tips someone with experience can give me? To save me headache, or prevent me form making a mistake when re-assembling them. I really appreciate it.

Thanks a lot man! Does it matter how much I wiegh, or the type of riding I do? I am 190lbs. and do a lot of jumping. My suspension really takes a beating. Thanks so much again.

if you have a little spring sag you might want to preload a little or get a set of proggressive springs,,,
