1986 350x electric starter

I see Goki makes one for the 86.....Does anybody have one on their 86 350x...

I do I do!!!!!!! I love my Goki. Mine was NOT per their instructions. Their kit was cheesey so I custom taylored it to suit my requirements.

Converted my airbox in to a battery box and run a UNI clamp on filter.

Had a custom cable made to link the decompressor and the parking brake lever. Works like a dream..

Replaced the left bar control with a TRX style bar control. It has the start button on it. Looks like it came from the factory that way.

So what was it you wanted to know????

well here is the deal... I weigh about 140 lb and when my bike stalls, you have to kick it a good 20 times to get it fired back up... I'm very interested in the Goki but I here people say they only make it for the 85's...But on their site it says they make one for the 86... I'm making sure somebody has one on an 86 and that it works properly...I'd love to see some pics....and how hard was the install??

My X is an 86 and I beivieve the difference in the kit was the wiring. There was a slight change in the X wiring between 85 and 86 but the basic kit was the same.
