1984 Honda 125M

I just purchased a 1984 Honda 125M from a friend for $20.

The key switch is broken and i need to know which wires do what. There are red, green, black, and yellow w/a red stripe. Does anyone know what each of these wires are for?

Also i need to know the stock carb jets and fuel screw settings? Any and all help is appreciated.

Stock carb settings are 92 main and and 1 3/8 turns out for the screw. Needle on 2nd setting from top. Attached is the wiring diagram.
