Item 5, units per assembly is 4 each
Same for item 10.
What you need to know from who you buy it from is how many come when you order those two part numbers, Some items are 1 each but there are other items that come as a set when ordering a part number just just make sure you know what you're ordering and how many. All that matters is as long as you end up with 4 clutch plates and 4 springs you should be good to go. Be sure to order the cover gasket too.

Since your asking these questions can I assume you've never replaced a clutch like this???
The one thing to remember is to soak the new plates in oil before installing them. Very important!!!!! The center clutch basket is cast aluminium so dont over tighten the spring retainer bolts (item 14 on the clutch diagram) or the cover bolts for that matter. Tighten to about 8 foot pounds which is not very much. If you need to jam the clutch basket to loosen or tighten the bolts or the clutch nut, use a penny in the clutch basket outer gear. Do not use a screwdriver. Changing the clutch plates is pretty simple but you will need to get a clutch nut removal tool to get the clutch basket apart and reassembled. Here's one on Ebay along with a clutch plate set, clutch spring set, and complete gasket set all in one Ebay Store.

I've had the cluches out on a Honda 200e before, and I never used that tool. I Used a screw driver and a hammer.
