Stupid question(I haven't been inside of a T3 in years)
Is there an idler gear in them? Or is it like a Honda? Crank messed with clutch basket?
Other than that...clutches worn..but odd that is doesn't jerk or pull?????
I have seen some models have to have washers or plates or shims inside clutch basket or disc will be LOOSE!!!

The only thing that I can come up with is that maybe the clutch is assembled wrong, or its missing trans parts. Did you have the cases apart? If not it may be time to pull it apart. Sorry, no easy answer on this one.
Just a thougt, is the clutch cable adjusted too tight?

HONDAWASAKI you are right the cable was turned out to far which in return pulled the cable to tight.Thought about it last night while i was talking to a buddy and i said to him i bet it is the screw that goes into the lever .so i did it when i got home and it is a rider again .NOW another one for you guys the carb i rebuilt it .and on the bottom of the carb there ia a drain with a hose on it .and that dam gas comes out of there like a son of a bich.so i pulled it apart again and cleaned it again.still happenes please help with this one if possiable .and thanks again for the help on the last one .

Either your float level is adjusted too high, or the needle seat leaks. good luck.
