Just trying to find replacements for my front forks. The fork with the brake caliper(left fork) the treads are stripped out. Is there any forks interchangable can't find any on ebay.

I would rethread the fork, 86 tri-z things are not cheap, I sold a set around $100.

Then I would need a different size axle bolt right? I dont have any way to resize it myself. How much would that cost anyway?

Cant it be solved with some type of insert thread like helicoil?

if all else fails you can go with the forks off an 85! alittle bit more commen!
