'86 Yamaha 225DX what oil to use?

I need to do a oil change but what's best to use?
10 W30?
30w?

What is rather cheap but works best?

The trike will be getting heavy use this winter..

I put 10w 30 in mine works fine I use mine alot for Ice fishing also so it gets alot of use in the cold.
