I got myself a 200e for free, wasnt a pretty sight so im just gonna use it as a beater trike. as you can see i made a lift for the rear, now to do the forks...... any ideas on how to go about that? All input is appreciated

Thats what I planned, just not sure where to cut. Is there any pressure inside the forks anywhere? and the forks are siezed so i not worried about travel or anything, just need it to be strong.

what about forks from a older motorcycle ( from what I understand they have longer fork tubes than 3 wheelers did) and a set of 200x triple clamps ?

are you going to go wider with the rear end now that you have gone up ?

as for going wider, i might after i ride it and find if its too tippy.
and for another front end, parts are rare around here
chain doesnt jump, the rear end is nice and straight.

You need to find an aftermarket set of triple trees that fit an atc90/110. I'm not sure if the stems are the same or not, but it shouldn't be too hard to change the stems out, maybe some welding and maching. Then you would use the right dirtbike forks. The sl125 forks were very popular and then you may have to make an axle and spacers, but that's not real hard. Now if you found an entire set up, then you would really be in business. I believe you would be able to use your stock front brake system also. These fork kits were generally taller than stock forks and should at least be the same length if not a little longer than what you have there. And then you should be good to go.

are you gonna put big tires on it? if your not why bother going to all this work? i say put some 27-12 swamp lites. and some custom i mean custum sprockets so its low geared enough to pull big tires. and a snorkle. and then it will be bad ass. then put videos on youtube.
