200x forks on 200s?

im pretty sure there is cutting and welding involved.cut the neck off a 2oox and weld to your 2oos.although i could be wrong.going off of memory.

all you have to do is fab up a new steering stop for the 200x forks.

does it make the front end ride high? does it lookgood. you can score 200x forks for so cheap, just thought it might be worth it. but i guess if you have a rigid rear whats the sense? any one thats done the conv. chime in with your opinions.
