How often do you re-torque head and cylinder bolts on water pumper?
I have no leaks and did the heat up, cool down method of torque after rebuild a few years back.
I was just curious how often do any of you make sure the head and cylinder are spec?

Just once after the first ride after the head has been off. Never give them another thought after that.

Same as above. Torque to specs after rebuilding. Ride an hour or two, let cool, then retorque the head to specs. I never retorque the cylinder base nuts, just the head & I've never had any problems with leaks in either places.
