I've got a brand new clutch in my 350X. I've probably got 6-7 hours riding time on it, and it works great. The only thing I'm curious about is that the friction point is WAYYYYY out at the end of the lever travel, not way in near the handgrip like I thought it'd be. Any ideas?? I've got the upper adjuster cranked way out already. I haven't looked at my service manual yet- just thought I'd get some opinions...

Do you mean that the clutch disingauges as soon as you start to pull the lever in. Instead of when you pull it all the way in.
If that is the case shouldnt the adjuster at the lever be turned in instead of turned out. So that the lever can be pulled in more. Or am i misreading what you are saying?.
