Hi, my name is bennie. I'm 6'1" and im an athletic 340lbs. My 85 250r looks like a little toy with me on it. I'm having alot of fun riding this thing though. I wish i would have gotten one sooner. This is my first one. My buddy ClassicRocket is to blame for my new addiction. I saw him destroying the riding spots and the dunes with his 86, so i had to find one. :hail:

i have yet to take this thing to the desert. ive been riding it around the neighborhood alot. haha. now im waiting for a fuel petcock. mine disintegrated. i ordered one today. ive been cleaning the bike and going thru the nuts and bolts. the guy that had it before me had it muddy and dirty. i dont understand how someone can let something they own get into horrible shape.

yeah, it was on there forever. i ended up paying 900.00. it was so freakin dirty. i had to repack the muffler, there was nothing at all in there. i had to trash the rear fender. classicrocket came by the house and checked her over, messed with the carb and we took turns riding it the day i got it. he said that i got a good deal

wow, thats pretty close. i took the bike out to apex last week and had such a blast riding it thru the trails. the suspension is great. that thing took me all over the place, and fast. i wish i would have gotten one sooner. my buddies tried it out too and they loved it too. i think i will convince them soon of picking some up :)

im probably gonna head to the night drags at dumont next month with some buddies. i'm thinking of taking my trike to try her out in the dunes. i will let you guys know ahead of time if i go, maybe we can all meet up out there. it might be fun for you guys to see me get ejected off my bike. hahahaha.

I finally made my first trip out to Dumont on Friday, met up with Disco and traded my SX for another 250R, had a good time riding but it got pretty hairy at the end. with the wind and the high sun, you just couldn't see where you were going and kinda freaked us both out at times

Nice trike bennieben. Got the exact pipe and silencer on my R, works good!
Dumont in June. Hmmmm. I'll have to think about that one. If it gets too hot for you guys down there, sneak up to southern utah sometime. Sand Hollow is kinda lame, but Coral Pink is fun! Talked to a few guys about doing a ride at CP sometime this year, while I was at Glamis in January. Maybe we could all stay in touch and plan on a date? Something that dosent mess with anyone elses rides? HH
