Okay, I have stripped the frame on my ATC70s. I am going to paint them both in hopes to build both someday. I have two ATC 70 engines and one Ct70 engine. I was thinking that the Ct would be pretty cool. has anyone done this? are there any modifications that will need to be done? Second, I have rebuilt small motors, two and four strokes, but never anything with a tranny. the manual i have says how to fix everything but not what should be done during a full rebuild. I want this to be like new. The gears are trashed. what all should I do with out spending too much and where is a good place for parts.

Or, anyone one have a really nice, very clean, smooth running 70 they want to get rid of or trade?

Also, Anyone ever try to put Trail 70 forks on an ATC70? I don't have any here but thought it would look cool. just wanted to know if they would fit.

Just remember to have it on it's left side if you open the crank case up or all the gears will fall out. That way you do not have too count gear teeth to make shor they are in the right place.
