200s compression release cable ????

I'm working on a 1984 200s three wheeler and I don't know where the release cable is hook up at. The cable was just sitting there and the pull start mechanism was stuck all the way out lil working it back and forth and it came free. My question is where does this cable hook on the starter mechanism at. I didn't pull the starter pully off yet still attached to the cover.

Thanks I need to get to a computer to download tho. Ill do that tomorrow. Do you know if they got one for a trx250r that's a downloadable like the link you just posted
