86 honda 200x...need opinions!

after bout 6 months of having it, ive decided to sell 1986 honda 200x. its needs cosmetic work and definitley a good cleaning but i have gotten tired of messing wit it because of lack of parts availability...ive been looking for a tank and no luck. motor does run. i picked it up after it had been sitting for bout a year and with oil change and new plug started up in 3 kicks. how much do yall think its worth? any good starting point or should i maybe try to make money parting it out? any comments or opinions appreciated.

I just saw a nice 86 go for $500 here in California, and another 86 is listed for $500. Of course in other parts of the country they might get a bit more, however in this economy dont expect too much......

if it runs, Id just take some measurements and see if anything else would fit. at least you could ride it, then when one pops up on ebay or here, grab it. jim
