Dont understand what you mean about the case splitting every time you kick it over????What parts for the rear you need ?Yamaha Warriar shocks fit straight on!!As for caliper you tried ebay ?

Mine did that too. TWICE! The only thing that I can think of is to be sure that all your bolts are tight. It seemd that when you kick it most all of the force is held by the case side. I have heard that they can be welded but I haven't tried yet. Good luck.

Oh do you mean your side casing is 'lose'??Whatever you do i woudnt weld it up!!! How you gonna get it bck off when you need to? Seems you need to check maybe renew the bolts for your casing/possibly rethread them!!
But to me weldin side case to the engine is flippin stupid idea?!?!?!

You don't weld it to the case! You weld the crack up. Weldin the side cover to the case is a stupid idea. I agree with the new bolts & such. When mine first broke I noticed that there was a bolt missing around the kick starter at the top. The second one I had bought off of ebay & it cracked from where it wqas welded up from a crack that was at the bottom. I don't think the first weld job was done very good.

i have welded case 1 already i think your right the bolts may be loose on the case thanks i will check tommorow. i seem to think that a few bolts were stripped out
Get some good liquid steel that can be drilled and taped and fill the holes that are striped. then drill and tap.

Will use that idea on Tri z frame, the footpeg bolt holes are stripped and have been threaded bigger twice, you think i would be able to use that liquid metal in there and drill n retap em?(cant see why not but you never know?)
thanks

my peg hole is stripped too, but I was just going to shoot some weld down it then drill and tap it again. Maybe the liquid stuff is a better idea.

I wish I had the name of it, but i do not you can not get it at a auto part store. The Co. I deal with isChoice Industrial Solutions.
Use to be P.B.W. . It's like Grangers. They can get all kinds of bearings, seals, belts and so on. Not much for trikes cupple bearings.
