Well Poop... do i have bad forks?

I jsut recieved my forks and triple tre. put them together and the right hand fork tube is real springy, almost no dampining. and the left feels real solid with dampining.... what is the problem????:doh:

Reeeeebuild time for those forks you can "see yourself in" but dont work too wel!!:chuckle:

It might just be dry. They use the oil to do the damping. And it might just have a bad seal and the oil leaked out during shipping.

No, it has brand new seals on it, but how would I go about doing a fork rebuld??? any advice would be great.
