do these forks seem bent or could they not be aligned correctly in the triple tree?

Hard to tell by picture but definatly look like they out,looks like they need everythin loosening off and lining bck up??(as if they spun round a lil)Im sure youve already tried or thought of this?!?!?!

Something isn't right, the slider on the right side looks like its at a different angle and lower than the one on the left

I don't know about the forks, but I like your storage place for carbs looks like it would keep the jets nice and clean :eek:

It hard to tell where the damage is because the whole thing looks tweaked. Looks like it went down hard on the right side. The bars are bent and the fender is slighly tilted. So its very possable they are just not lined up right in the clamp. I would guess the whole front end moved slighlty in the clamp when it went down.

When mine got bent, there was a buckle in the stanchion tube right below the lower clamp.

Loosen the claps on one side and turn the tube. If it turns 360 and does not bind its ok. Do the same for other side. Keep one clamped at all times, so the clamps do not move.

did you have the triple tree all apart? I had the same problem with my 350x from what i can see in your pic.
