My name is Dnim…Reven Dnim and this is my partner Ekorb Niaga, we are detectives for the ATV crimes division of the devils backbone.
April 22 2002
After taking a couple of sick days we stopped at the local Honda shop…To ask a few Questions pertaining to the case, and replace some spark plugs and order up a Keihin flat slide carburetor…So they wouldn’t realize that we were questioning them…old detectives trick.
We had run the numbers on the ss250 and found that the original owner to be a one Wheelie. We arrived at Wheelie’s place to talk; He seemed a little high strung. After he settled down he told us what he knew, He was as slow telling his story as a Cushman eagle with bad rings, he admitted to storing the ss250 in the shed but knew nothing about any 3wheelers. He did say however that if he wanted to know anything about 3 wheelers he would ask Stone man, We filed away that name for later use, we examined the grounds and found several derelict scooters laying about, the closest we got to a atv was a old model Bultaco Sherpa no signs of any trike parts. We left with little more than what we came with, another suspect and less of a clue than the parts guy at an auto zone. We returned to our office, and found that the feds were interested in case, and wanted all the info we had gathered so far, when all gathered together it seemed to contain less useful information than your average Clymer manual, the agents that arrived seemed a little odd to be working the ATV case (Their hair was well combed, their sunglasses suspiciously devoid of dead insects and their clothing impecibly clean) we called the bureau to confirm their identities and found that they were the head of something called the MX files, we gave them the files and sent them on there way.
