Your coolhead should be using an O-ring ......what size dome is it ? It won`t make it overheat......just a little more compression so you`ll want to use race gas !Need more info on the motor setup !:saywhat::saywhat::eek::saywhat::saywhat:

it has a 20cc dome and its the old type coolhead no o ring also i have standard carb as we find with the wright jetting they are better for low down power for short tracks 3gear 4gear also i have k&n filter kit no air box.rpm timing advancer. pyramid reed valve.10mil reed spacer.paulturner hi rev pipe.and the cyl is a original ported by paul turner in 88 for duncan but was not used it was sent over 2 atv world in england for them to use but never did use it. its a national mid range cyl 88 thas all i can think of cheers tom
