i took the rearend off my 200m and the 4 main holes that hold the axle are wore eggshaped what would be the best way to fix this i was thinkg welding a pice of flatbar over the holes that drilling them again

How many of the holes are eggshaped? The 2 lower ones are supposed to be pretty oblong so you can adjust the chain.

You could try welding a hardened washer on them the same size as the hole. Once they are tightened down they are not going to do any moving.
