I dont know about it being easy. But i dont think they would be impossable either. But most swing arm bearing are a bugger to get the old ones out. So i think the biggest problem would be taking all the drive shaft stuff off. So that you could get to the swing arm. I dont think they require any special tools. Just commen metric wrenches and sockets.

As far as the steering stem bearings. They are probable the old ball bearing style in there. You could replace them with newer roller bearing. They sell them in a kit.

the swingarm requres a special socket. the scoket is to remove the jam nut on the pivot pin. honda wants like 150 bucks for the tool, or the shop by me said they'd undo the nut, then after i re assembled it theyd re torque it for me for like 10 bucks. and the bearings can be a roal beotch to get out, at least mine were in my sx. the headset is pretty easy though. and as for the shaft it has a spline that it justt slides of as you take of the rear end.

nope its like a spanner nut that you need a scoket with four lugs on it to get it off its the jamnut for the pin. the pin threads into the swingarm and the spaner nut is the jam against the swingarm. pop out the plastic cover on the machine and look and youll see what the thing im speaking of.
