i have a picture i want to post, but it has too much bytes...i know i have to shrink the picture, but i don't know how to shrink it??? could someone share their vast knowledge w/ me please

on most grafix progs in the menu it will say resize and when you click it will give options on size I cant explain better some progs are diff than others . I use psp7. if you want send it to me and I will shrink it down and send it back.
