Info on the Outlawing of 3wheelers?

Hi,
I am doing a report for school, and was wondering if anyone had any information on the outlawing of 3wheelers? if so please send them to mc91b1@hotmail.com NOTE: rough draft is due wednesday.

Actually three wheelers were NEVER outlawed, in 1987 all the atv manufacters got together and signed a contract saying they wouldnt make 3 wheelers for ten years, well that expired in 1998 and right now there are talking about renewing that contract forever. Some of the main reasons they stopped making them is because of the complaints/lawsuits form ppl saying they didnt relize how dangerous they were, and the fact that they roll/flip easy, which in fact isnt the 3 wheelers fault, put a dumb rider on xr50 and hell find a way to hurt himself.
