Wet Sanding

What grit sand paper should I use to wet sand my fenders?

i started with 400 and went to 600. i wish i would have had 1000 to finish up. i then waxed it with an electric bufffer for a great shine.

If you go to the auto parts store that sells automotive paint you can find some 1200 for finishing the wet sand.Mothers wax ( carnuba) is what I use to buff the plastic and it turns out real nice because the carnuba seems to moistureize the plastic better.
