Went riding on friday after work with some quads at a local ATV park.....heading up a dune in 2nd(pinned) shifted to 3 .....chain came off and shot a piece of my chain drive guide thru the case....man I was ticked...started pee'n oil right there. I already have the case cover off and parts are ordered (service honda) should have her back in shape by the end of the week!

CHECK THOSE CHAIN TENSIONS!!!!!!:doh:

Ouch!!!!!! that sucks when it happens. I dont recall what model you ride. But they sell case savers on ebay for around $18.00 for most of the popular model`s anyways. Just to maybe keep it from happening again after you get it all fixed up. But the tightening the chain tip. Is a very good one. Got to allways keep a eye on them darn thing`s.

I ride a 85 350x. I might just look at one of those case savers. At least it happened at the end of the ride!
