Manual print out for kickstart!

Whats up evry body? My kickstart for my 84 200X has some problems.When I go to kick it, it grabs about 2 out of 10 times,usally when I go slow all the down to get the compression stroke. But if I just get on to kick it ,it just goes to the floor. I took the cover off the kicker and inspected the gears inside and they look ok as far as I can see,But I dont know jack about Kickers. Does any one have a manual that they can hook me up with a copy of the internals I need to be looking at, Or does any know off the tops of theyre heads???? Thanks

You will need to get a manual. If it isnt the two gears in the side cover. Then it is the one in the tranny that actually turns the motor over. And for that one you will have to pull the motor out and split the cases.

Thans again for getting back to me about that. Thats gonna suck if I have to split the case,but I gotta do what I gotta do right? Hey fuzzy, I clicked on the middle pic, is that a 200s or 185 in the 200x frame? Nice Rides!!!!

That is a 200s motor i had in it while i was rebuilding the 200x motor.
