Cut Plastics

How do you guys cut your plastic? I also wonder, do you lose any strength to the fender? Thanks!

i used a razor blade on mine, made a cleaner cut then say a saw zall, but that would work also, and most of the time, as long as you are not cutting any braces, or bolt holes on that keep them to the machine, the fenders actually are stronger, less weight to hold up, and less area to land on if you crash, so less force going into breaking the rest of it.

Tape off the fender to the shape you like and use a jigsaw to cut it. After the main cutting is done. Use a file or some sandpaper to finish off the edges. Razor blade is great for removing unwanted human body parts.... just too scary!
