atc 350 no power after rebuild

I have a 85 atc 350 engine and swingarm in my suzuki lt230 quad engine was just rebuilt with a 12:1 weisco piston 1mm oversize a webcam designed with mid and strong topend power new springs and rockers to match the cam ported head and supertrapp with a 38mm mikuni the problem is I was able to spank a 400ex before all the new mods now I cant beat my daughters blaster, I have no topend I have been playing with the jets but to no avail any ideas of what others are running for a main jet would be helpful or what i should look for I also added a goki electric starter great investment for Pismo. hope someone has has similar problems and can steer me in the right direction.

Have you read the plugs to see if it is running rich or lean?

Read you post again, and the after rebuild part just sunk in. Make sure your cam timing is correct. Being one tooth off the motor will still run, but have no power
